Mr. Larchuk is currently the lead promoter of a proposed large real estate development on the Island of St. Croix.  Of special interest are the extraordinary tax advantages (up to 90% waiver of U.S. business and personal income tax and 100% waiver of most local taxes) for anyone willing to establish a qualifying business in the USVI.

Although Mr. Larchuk is not currently licensed to practice law in the United States Virgin Islands (St. Thomas, St. Croix and St. John), he has gained significant local knowledge regarding the ins and outs of this Economic Development Program and is available to serve as a business consultant to those with an interest in establishing all, or even a part of, their business in the USVI.  Legal representation will be through locally licensed attorneys.
